Today is Dolly Parton Day because it’s 9/25 which is phonetically Nine to Five - the iconic 1980 movie with Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda, and Lily Tomlin.  I saw this movie with my mom who was working a 9-5 job at the time while I hadn’t entered the work force yet.  After we left the theater, Mom said “let’s go down Main Street,” and I nodded.  At a stop light the kid next to us revved his engine like he wanted to race.  My mom said “take him, son.”  My 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger that I bought from my parents had an 8-cylinder engine under the hood – the kid next to me never had a chance.
