Taller Ants

ant_TALLERantThere is a saying that I keep near my desk at work: “ANGER is non-acceptance of things which are beyond our control.  If we accept, it becomes TOLERANCE.”  I will pay attention to my anger when it comes, I will let it inform me of what is going on inside of me, and then I’ll express myself appropriately.  With enough practice I will be one of the taller ants.
