Stretchy Spindly Tiny Bird

spindle birdRight now there’s no name for this statue. But if they were taking suggestions I would offer Stretchy Spindly Tiny Bird– and then someone would smirk and roll his/her eyes (yeah you, Chris). This is the third art installment on the corner of 80th and Conser. The other two are murals, a fish and a chickadee.

    My goodness, how tall is that statue? Or is it the angle you took the picture from? I don’t know why but I thought of Molly when i first saw the picture.

      haha Mom, I made it look taller by crouching near the base, but it is at least 10 feet tall or higher. I texted Molly after reading your comment and she responded with a smiley face :)
